The interface is pretty clean and easy to use. But some of the voice recognition doesn't work for unknown reasons, and this is what a french buddy of mine trying it out as well.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with our voice recognition. The software can have some difficulty picking up on particular short sounds unique to the French language. But don't worry; we're here to help! I have just started Rocket French and I am loving it. It moves at just the right pace for me and I feel that I've learned so much in only two days. I'm excited to keep going. I really like that the learning is reinforced in a variety of methods to benefit many different learning styles.

It's truly disappointing that you omitted various clauses from your refund policy. For those using Apple Pay, if they wish to cancel their subscription, they're required to contact Apple? You haven't even attempted to facilitate the direct connection.

A very good way to learn - multiple approaches (listening, writing, speaking) together with useful cultural commentary. One gets the most value by repeating the lessons (in my case, many times!).
