Forbidden

I am trying to download the lessons and I have purchased everything. It is saying I am forbidden and don't have access. Please help!

"Forbidden" is a word associated with access rights. Did you download the files as a different user, say, Administrator? Check to see who the owner of the files is. Hope this helps.
