So, if you do want to get a refund, how will it work?

  • Just make sure that you have your order receipt handy (it will have been emailed to you once you order)
  • Contact us via support@rocketlanguages.com and request a refund (make sure you include your receipt number in your message)
  • Our support team will process your refund within 2 working days, and email you directly after it's done
  • It can take up to 5 working days for the refunds to show up on your statement

Payment plans

For those courses that offer a payment plan option, the 60-day refund period applies from the first payment date. If you request a refund within the first 60 days, it will be granted for all payments made during this time.

Once 60 days have elapsed from the first payment, you are no longer eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your payment plan to prevent further charges. This is to prevent abuse of the payment plan, as full access is given from the first payment.
