You seem to fall under part (D)
I'm no expert, so I'd phone the company to make sure.

The liability clause of any contract is about suing them. Doesn't relate here. Part D specifies that if, somehow, You believe that your membership to Rocket Languages has caused you to miss out on some lucrative opportunity, you should not sue them. (You can, of course, always bring suit against anyone for anything, regardless of the contract, but, in such a case, having signed such a contract would be strong evidence against you.)
