Only a few videos in the alphabet section will play. The screen on the rest either goes all black or all white when the play button it pressed. I've tried giving it several minutes to download, however, nothing changes. I can go into the dictionary and watch the same videos. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

I am checking the Forums and just making sure that the threads are responded to; we did have an issue with the videos not playing properly, but we have surely fixed this already.
