FLASHCARDS

The space bar on my computer no longer flips the flashcards over and im having to individually click them as well as the rating for every one. Is anyone else having this problem? I cannot imagine this would be an update as it just makes it rather frustrating. Hopefully its just my computer.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience, I can certainly check with our IT Team to see if there is something that is not working properly. I tried to use the 'Space Bar' and 'Enter' and they both worked OK; does it work if you hit Enter? The rating should also be the same: numbers from 1 through 5; if it is not working, please also make sure the keyboard is not locked.

For some reason nothing is working, pressing the space bar, any number 1-5 and enter all do nothing. Only pressing "space bar" scrolls me to the bottom of the page and doesn't interact with the flashcards.I must have done something without knowing it but am unsure how to fix this.

I have reported the issue to our tech support team; could you please give it a try on a lesson Flashcard set and see if you see the same behavior? I was able to replicate the problem when on the Custom Set.

Yes it is working properly on the lesson flashcards but not on any of my custom flashcard sets.

Thank you for your message; it seems the hotkeys are working on the Custom Flashcards again, I just believe the first flashcard has to be Flipped with the mouse in order to get started.
