Arabic for zero?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone out there knows what is Arabic for zero? It isn't covered in the course. Thanks!

Zero in Arabic is صفر (m) (Sifr) English: cipher, decipher is derived from 'Sifr'

hello as Mr. John mention it is (Sifr) in arabic, exactly right, however; as this rocket Arabic teach the Egyptian accent not the classic Arabic, is good to know that many Egyptian use the word (zero) as in English in their daily talking.
