banana ( single ) is feminine موزة (f)
but as (plural) it is masculine موز (m)

موز is used for plural, not for single masculine. It can mean bananas or it can mean plantains

- The word (موز) is used to express this kind of plant or to express the amount of these fruits (in the case of the plural and not singular)
- The word (موزة) is used to express only one fruit of this plant. It is feminine in Arabic as well as in Egyptian slang.

Hello Khaduj,
- If you want to say: "I love bananas!.. it is so delicious" in Arabic, you can write it as following:
"بحب الموز!.. لذيذ جدا"
- Because "بحبك" is used for the offeree pronoun (second person), which means: "I love you" in English language.
- But "بحب" means: "I love" or "I like".
Thank you
