The phrase 头痛 is shown in Pinyin to be Tóu téng. I found out doing the W2 test that the proper Pinyin for 痛 is Tòng. If I try to enter téng, it will not display 痛 as an option but show 疼 (téng) as one of the options.
It also gives yǎnméi (眉毛) as the Pinyin for eyebrows. The proper Pinyin is méimáo.
The word 脚踝 is shown in Pinyin to be Jiǎowàn. The Medical Chinese Survival Guide gives the correct Pinyin Jiǎohuái.
I try to record these discrepancies by adding the Hanzi to MyVocab but when I enter Pinyin like Jiǎohuái into the meaning, it eventually gets mangled to look like JiÇohuái instead.
