Bonus lesson on tones

This is a comment rather than a question. I think this is one of the most helpful lessons I have studied yet. It was ingenious to use the English word "no" and the cookie scenario to demonstrate the four tones in Mandarin Chinese. And the suggestions for practice are great. Well done, and xièxie!

I think that was a great illustration as well. We have tones in English (question versus statement, etc) but they affect the entire sentence. In Chinese, they change the meaning of the individual syllable.
