Is there a way to make the on-screen keyboard and the Chinese characters bigger? Chinese characters are difficult to read even when they're large enough, but it's even tougher when they're small.

Our apologies for any confusion caused. In order to increase the size of the virtual keyboard, use the arrows across the top of the keyboard. They are located on the top right-hand side of the keyboard.

If you are on PC then you can install the chinese language pack and then switch input language to chinese not EN and then you get a pinyin to chinese character input method using normal keyboard. Not an option for phones though.
