I read an extensive review of Rocket Chinese online and the reviewer mentioned a tab on the left called "My Assessments." It sounded very useful, but I don't see it here. Is that something Rocket has removed from the program? If so, why? If not, where is it? Thanks in advance for answers.
Is there/was there a "My Assessments" section of Rocket Chinese?

There use to be "proficiency exams". There were three for the first level of Rocket Chinese and two for the second level. The "My Assessments" gave you the opportunity to take quizzes to prepare for this exam. The Rocket people determined that not enough people were taking the proficiency exams so when they released the 2014 version, they removed it completely. Also, at about the same time (actually I think earlier), they reorganized things to that all tests are placed on the testing tab. They figured it was good enough to have tests for each lesson.
A lot of us still want to have proficiency exams and I believe the Rocket people are working on it.
One thing missing from online learning (Rocket) is some sort of certification process. I know we can consider taking the HSK proficiency exams for Mandarin. I would like to see Rocket Chinese offer proficiency exams that align with HSK.
