No play buttons...

Hello, When selecting the Grammar lessons, the play button is missing from the example boxes to hear the correct pronunciation of the new word or phrase. Is there a setting or install step that I missed to have these displayed? Thanks in advance, JD

Hi there, I apologize for the trouble you have with your course. I recommend that you use Firefox to access the Members Area. We are still working out all the kinks with our new site, and it seems that Firefox is a more compatible browser with our site. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html If you continue to have problems, please let me know. Hello JD, I too am having problems similar to yours. The blue play buttons are missing whenever I click on the inter active audio course lessons. Like you I was told to download Firefox which I did. This actually improved the interface greatly from what was something not to far above DOS using Internet Explorer. However the blue buttons are still missing and so I am unable to listen to the audio sections of the course. Could you tell me if you are now able to see the blue buttons and if so what steps did you take other than downloading Firefox? Thankyou. Township

I have no more drop down boxes for my lesson. also when I tried to record it will not let me record any more or will it pronouce the words in Italian under practice and learn?
