Ratings save on some days and not on others

I have rated several lessons, mostly as a measure to myself to make note which ones I need to revisit until I know them better. My ratings will save and then I will come back a few minutes or a day later and all my ratings are gone! It's getting very frustrating. I sent an email through the help page about this and have not received a response and it is still messing up.

I find the same problem. Why?

I'm glad I'm not the only one! haha. I have emailed support about this issue twice now. I keep thinking they are saving and then they clear again. No response from support so far.

Hi Lauren, Our apologies for the late response. We had some issues with lessons ratings just before the 2014 update but it all seems to have been fixed now. If you're still having problems, please email our support team using the Help link at the top of the page. All the best!
