i am just getting started. Perhaps someone can help me with the W1 (pinyin) test. I am writing using a keyboard in the following fashion:
Wo3 hen3 hao3. Xie4xie5.
I seems that Rocket Chinese frequently ignores the pinyin tone marks. At least they don't show up consistently (some do, some don't) when the program shows me what I typed after I click on reveal. As a result, I am frequently scored low "So-so" when I can find no errors. Am I not inputting correctly?
I wish the correct pinyin would show up with the English translation.

Try clicking on the keyboard icon. Then click on the ALT button on the lower right hand side. It will then display vowels with all the various pinyin tone diacritic markings which you can then click on. Rocket Chinese does not use tone markings in its teaching but uses diacritics instead.

Thanks for your help, Robert.
I installed a pinyin typing tool on my Windows machine, and now Rocket Chinese seems to be recognizing my input, since the pinyin typing tool is automatically "reading" my alphanumberic tone numbers and applying the correct diacritics. Maybe this is lazy, but for my middle age eyes, this is much easier than the very small keyboard icon (and I didn't know the trick of using the alt key to find the vowels with dicritic markings anyway). Also, it is much faster!
By the way, Robert, I had to look up diacritic. Thanks for making me smarter!

Now that it is working correctly, I see how Rocket does indeed correct errors. Very cool. The diacritical marks are very small on my monitor, though!

你们好!
You can always press "ctrl" & "+" which should zoom in on your webpage. This should make things a bit bigger and clearer.
Keep up the good work! 加油!
