Hello, I keep adding important words to My Vocab...I like this feature very much so I can focus on power verbs and common words first. The only problem is most of the time a whole phrase is saved with the one word when I go back to My Vocab to listen to the word. For example, I save the word bang and when I click it to listen to the word, I may hear Tai bangle instead of just bang. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a particular place I need to go to so I can save single words to review later? Thanks for the help!

I noticed this on a couple of words on my list as well, and one word I put on the list the audio was completely wrong, but I have no idea why or how to fix it. Sorry.

Hi Dionna & Jimmy,
The way the system works is by matching up the vocabulary & the audio is by the "best guess".
However we are in the process of adding the new Rocket Record feature across all our language courses & once this is done the system should pull the audio from the correct sources instead.
What could also be happening is that the word you saved is associated with the wrong audio file so you could send us feedback using the Help & Support link at the top of page to let us know what word you found this on and we can look into it.
I hope that helps!
