How to save flashcards

Does anyone know how to save the flashcards so that I can review the ones that were difficult for me?

Thank you for your question Sabine91. If you mark any of the Flashcards as either Good or Hard as you are working through the test, you will be given the option or reviewing and re-doing just these flashcards. Then you can continue to test yourself on just these cards until you've got them right.
