How do you differentiate a B w/ P? How do you differentiate a T w/ D? How do you differentiate a Q w/ J? Is there a rule for these?

你好Limlehwa! Unfortunately there is no real rule for learning these. You just have to get used to the sounds and the more you listen to them, the clearer the will become.
