Well, this appears to be a variant of 天. 兲 = heaven, sky I should note that 8 is considered to be a very lucky number while 4 is not (because it 四 sounds too much like death 死 (Sǐ)). So if you put king on top of a very lucky number, I can kind-of see how you get heaven.
