My mom said it's "Wo dong hen duo Zhongwen". "Zhongwen" means Chinese, on rocket chinese they call it "Hanyu". Actually, "dong" translates as "know".So if you don't want to say "I know alot of chinese", you could say,"Wo mingbai hen duo Zhongwen/Hanyu" which translates as "I understand alot of Chinese" Hope that helped. ---Selena

我明白很多汉语 does not get a lot of hits of 百度. I am not sure 明白 should be used that way. But it sounds like your mom is Chinese so I very well could be wrong.

Ok, sorry about that. I guess I misunderstood what my mom was trying to tell me. :) She said that ”dong” and ”mingbai” both mean ”understand”. I think ”dong” is used more often. Sorry if that was confusing. :( Yeah, my mom is Chinese(actually Taiwanese) but I dont know that much Chinese. ---Selena

大家好！ 你们都怎样？ If you want to say, "I can understand a lot of Chinese" you could try this: 我听得懂（很多）中文。 I put the 'a lot' in brackets because I would rather leave that part out, it makes you sound a little bit too confident if you say that and in Chinese culture the game of modesty is quite important.
