Massage therapist seems to be consistent, « massothérapeute », but there are different possibilities on some of the types of specialties, like deep tissue massage can either be « le massage des tissus » [lifetouch.ch (Swiss site)] or « le massage en profondeur » (filemaker.fr [French site]).
