How to download

Bonjour,
Can you let me know how to download Rocket French.
Certain items of the course do not function properly and I hope to cure this by redownloading the course

Our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your post. We have emailed you a couple of times, but perhaps our replies were marked as spam.  I recommend checking your junk mail folder, and also adding our email address to your contacts list.  

Have you been able to download the audio lessons and PDF files again?

All of the Interactive Audio lessons can be downloaded, as can PDF versions of the Language and Culture lessons.  Other features such as Rocket Record, the testing and the games are online only features.  In order to use them, please make sure that your browser is up-to-date.

Hi K-Dean, 

In order to download the audio lessons, you will need to right click on the individual download links (where it says 'Download THIS Interactive Audio Lesson') and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As". 

In order to save or print the written sections of the course you will need to click on the PDF icon located next to the testing icons.
