No audio Interactive Audio Lesson 9.4 Canceling a Hotel Reservation

None of the catetories (Play it, hear it/say it, write it, know it) have any audio in Interactive Audio Lesson 9.4 Canceling a Hotel Reservation; therefore, I cannot complete this lesson. Please fix so that I can continue with this lesson. Thank you.

I have exactly the same problem with Spanish - all categories are showing zero minutes

Hi Frank - Can you please clarify? I am not sure what you mean by "zero minutes". Do you mean no phrases are showing or working?
