Recording my language responses

This is not a question.  For the last few weeks every time I repeat a French word or phrase I get this message "Sorry I didn't catch that. Please try again.  The second time I say it, no matter what word or phrase, I get a green 100%.  EVERY SINGLE TIME!!  This is causing my lesson to be twice as long and it is really getting to be a problem with your course. I have Google Chrome so don't blame that.  I am about to write a very dissatisfied review if someone or something is not done.  Again EVERY SINGLE TIME!

sometime it can be the timing you press the button and before the microphone turn on. I usually give it 1 second after i press it to start talking. I notice this occasionally especially if I have a slow internet

same message when input is correct. Something is not responding...website or my server? Often the sound is recorded properly but the translation is incorrect. Have tried other high speed connections. Sometimes the program is quick and responsive....other times terrible.

Hi MichaelM140, 

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience; is the problem happening in the app (in a mobile device) or in a browser (desktop/laptop)? Are you having the same problem as DennisK8? From what I understand, you're able to record and the playback is alright, but the feedback given is not accurate?
