Are these Times correct, I am Bit confused

How is funfzehn uhr dreissig - 3.30 pm, isnt it should be drie uhr dreissig? Or am i getting something wrong here for all these timings below?

This is because Germans typically use the 24-hour system when telling the time. You could also say “Es ist drei Uhr dreißig nachmittags.” - “It is three thirty in the afternoon.”
