Correct format

Hallo

Ich möchte diesen Satz überprüfen. 

'Das ist beides im Zentrum' . 
Instead , would 'Sie sind beides im Zentrum ' be wrong ?

You're almost there! Just get rid off the "s" in "beides".
And you're right, both "Das ist beides im Zentrum." and "Sie sind beide im Zentrum." means  "They're both in the centre."
The word beide, which means "both", is a pronoun which needs to be declined just like an adjective depending on whether it comes after an article or not.
