Confused with Tuhi, tujhe, tum and more

Hi can someone explain the difference between tum, tumseh, Tumko, tuhi, tujhe and tereh. Theres so many different ways of saying you its very confusing.

tum = you
tumseh = from you
tumko = to you
tuhi = just you/ only you
tereh = yours
