Jean, you could also say "Io vorrei un caffe Americano con latte, per favore" which is "I would like an American coffee with milk, please." Also, note it should be "un caffe", not "una caffe" as I had written in the first example. My typing got away from me.

Another slight correction. The "a" in americano should be lower case as it is being used as an adjective so the last example should be "Io vorrei un caffe americano. . ." Sorry for my error. Ciao
