I was wondering if you were familiar with google translate . I thought about and tried a couple of times when I want to write something down in Italian and then check it with google translate. Do not know how accurate it is and is it going to just transate word for word and not in the italian grammer. Does rocket italian do the same if it does I would rather use that. I did try phase finder. Thanks Tom

Ciao Tom, google translate is one of the most famous online translator available online. I'd suggest to use as support if you are looking for a word as you would do with a vocabulary as it may not be accurate with full sentences. Rocket Italian course includes a section called "my toolbox" where you can different tools to help you out in your learning process. The "phrase finder" will help you to find sentences or words from the course that you can retrieve. You can also create your own vocabulary by saving the word during your studies. If you need any help please feel free to post your inquiries in this forum and I'll be more than happy to help you out. ciao

Has anyone who has used the Italian translator/dictionary app from green life apps verified it's accuracy? It seems pretty good from a novice perspective.

Ciao Jon, I haven' t checked the app yet. I always recommend to use the classic dictionary as "Garzanti". Good Luck :) Romina
