Ciao Michael,
in a everyday conversation, in order to express future plans we use future tense as well as present tense.
Ciao

Which would you use to say; We will be going to a show tomorrow.
Do you say andiamo or would you use a future tense? (which I don't know yet) except for will be.

Even in English we would usually say "We are going to a show tomorrow" rather than "We will be going. . .", and Italian I believe is the same. . .
Andiamo a uno spettacolo domani

"We're going to a show tomorrow" will be translated more like "andiamo a vedere uno spettacolo domani" (we're a going to see a show tomorrow).
