Hi Rachelyeo,
It will either be mi scusi (formal situations) or scusa/scusami (informal). For two people or more, use scusate/scusatemi (both formal and informal situations).
Mi scusi se faccio qualche sbaglio in italiano. (if I make any mistakes)
Scusami se sbaglio qualche parola in italiano. (if I get any words wrong)
Scusatemi se faccio qualche sbaglio in italiano.
Etc.
