I am sorry to hear you are having problems recording in level 2; is the problem happening in the browser (in a desktop/laptop)? Or in the app (in a mobile device)? If on a browser, are you using the latest version of Chrome? If on the app, do you use Android or iOS? Do you get any error message? Any other detail you would like to provide will be appreciated.

I have to agree with Carlos. The only way to get a lot of the repeats in during a lesson is to start immediately after asked to repeat and talk very, very fast with no time to think. Only solution I have found is to press the pause button. Same on iPad and iPhone App and Chrome on desktop.

Level 1 still works great in both browsers. Like Phil I use the pause button since there is not enough time to repeat without it.
Also when it's a large statement to repeat and goes to two lines only the second line appears at the end of the statment. It is helpful to have the full statement both lines
in front of you so you can read and repeat it.

Is this issue happening in the long audio clip? Where you can repeat after being told by the tutor but get no feedback? This is not from the Role Play or the Reinforcement? Thanks

Maria has 13s to say the sentence. The pause for the student to repeat is only 11s. You have to start immediately, have no time to think and rush through to have any chance to repeat in the gap. This seems to happen with all longer sentences in every lesson.

Same with me!!! This is so frustrating and inconducive to learning. I am trying to record myself repeating what the Italian speaker says in the “reinforcement” area, but I don't have enough time to get all the words out. I assume it's because the recorded speaker spoke very quickly, so the system expects a response in about the same time. Either way, this is like your teacher cutting you off before you even get a chance to say all of your answer. A bad way to learn

They acknowledged the problem but haven't done anything in months and it seems like a really easy fix. Also not sure I like the new edition format - half the screen seems wasted.

It's clear that this issue is ongoing for enough people for it to be a live topic. As I'm getting closer to starting level 2, it would be useful to know what Rocket have to say regarding fixing the issue. As outlined above, the issue is a major problem for those who experience it. Is there a way to poll members to quantify the scale of the issue?

Update: I'm well into level 2 now, without experiencing any technical issues.
