Does anyone have problems recording certain sounds? When recording words/phases that start with "L, V and B," the begining sounds are not picked up correctly. I don't know if the makes any difference but I am using the most difficult level. Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem? Thanks.

I have many recording issues. It doesn't matter if I use my macbook, iphone, ipad, google or safari, headphones or not -there are just days when Rocket Italian becomes infuriating as it either takes 30 seconds to validate what you say (correctly or incorrectly), or just says you are wrong (when you aren't). On those days you just have to accept it isn't working and don't bother with speech recognition.

Thank you for your feedback as well; in order to see if there is a deeper issue going on the course, we check each case separately and review it with tech support if needed to identify the problem. We are aware that the system has a hard time sometimes reading numbers or with short words, but it shouldn't happen all the time with all the phrases within a lessons, if the issue seems to be intermittent on your end; please send us an email at support@rocketlanguages.com, and we can review this further.
