I'm in the Travelogue section. Voice recognition is very uneven, sometimes no problem, other times I'm either cut off too soon or have to repeat over and over and the word or line is still not picked up correctly. Also, generally voice recognition with numbers is very poor.

I found that out as well with reviewing numbers. I hear my pronunciation and it matches the speaker but it reveals the number (and marked red). I am also getting cut off as well but when I replay, it is there. I sent a problem ticket to them. Hope they listen

I'm having similar problems in lesson 2.8 on the iPhone and iPad applications. The volume of the playback is being cut intermittently so that I'm hearing only parts of the playback. The recording seems to be suffering from similar problems, again intermittently. I'm getting a lot of “sorry, I didn't catch that…" errors when trying to record. My guess is that the app is changing the volume for recording or playback but not waiting for the change to complete before recording or playing.
This is definitely making me re-evaluate whether I want to buy the next level of lessons.

I continue to experience problems with voice recognition with regards to numbers, time of day, etc. For example, if I say “fino alle nove”, it captures the “fino alle” portion and misses the "nove". Occasionally, it will display nove as a red “9”, but generally it doesn't hear the number at all.

Our apologies for the continued problem with the voice recognition; there is a known issue with the voice recognition as you mentioned when it comes to numbers, but I understand our tech team is currently working on a way to fix this in the future.
