Hi ApoorvaC

I have not found much, but Amazon has some books with prompts that you can purchase.

I have found  "Online Italian Club a very usefull resource. They have listening exercises, dialogues, conversations and so much more. You may be able to get some ideas from there.

FluentU has an interesting article with some ideas too.  33 fab foreign language writing prompts for all levels. More an aticle with some great ideas to get you started.

Hope this helps
