Have on again off again speech recognition problems

Do you remember what lesson or phrases were giving you trouble in particular? 

I have given up. The speech recognition is so frustrating that I can't concentrate.

• Which browser you are using on your computer
• Whether you are using a headset, rather than inbuilt speakers
• Whether you are using the app or a browser on your iPad - if a browser, which one please
• Whether you have a fast internet connection

Headphones on my laptop worked. On the phone app however, with or without headphones, it didnt work.
