Recording my voice

I'm using a mac with a mouse and os x lion. I can use the record and playback but cannot invoke the settings window by clicking in the record area. Is this feature compatible with mac or do I have to agree for every use?

Hi Fred, Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately it sounds like more of a Adobe Flash problem so we aren't able to make any changes to their software. We've had feedback from a couple of other users that using the Google Chrome browser has solved the problem for them as it has Flash inbuilt. If you don't already have Chrome installed, you can download it for free here: https://www.google.com/chrome/ I hope that helps!
