In the conversation with receptionist, the customer has the following phrase "vous pouvez me mettez un lit" which is fine; however, on listening several times this sounds much more like the following is said "vous pouvez me mettez au lit". (Sorry, couldn't get cut and past to work).
6.7 ? says 'au lit' rather than 'un lit'

Salut MCK !
Thank you for your feedback!
You're right, the audio does seem to be saying au lit rather than un lit. I've doubled checked and this is something that our French team is aware of and they have slated it to be fixed. It can be tricky to alter audio recordings like these, but our hope is to resolve this issue very soon. Our apologies for the error!
À la prochaine,
Liss
