Comment and question and vice versa

These past 3 questions that I posted there were no RED NEW next to my questions. The first one was delayed a day or 2 so torusan thought that it was IT doing something, hence the delay AND he did reply. The second question Diana-S1 answered it. May be she noticed the question title and piqued her interest even without the RED NEW. The 3rd question has been there; no one noticed. 

Anyone else has this problem? Who should I contact to straighten this out?

Thank you for your post.  As mentioned in a previous thread, we believe that the forum is working as it should in regards to marking threads as NEW!  If you create a thread, it won't be marked as NEW! for you, but it will be for others.
