Disjointed Modules

I'm just getting into the second module now, but don't understand why the readers are taking their time to explain the same basics that belong at the beginning of module 1. For example, in lesson 2 of module 2, the reader explains the basic usage of ‘ça va’ and ‘Je voudrais’, like I had never heard them before.

Is this module not supposed to be a continuation from module 1, because at the moment it feels like it is spending way too long going back over the basics again.

Hi MagnumPI, thank you for your feedback - it's much appreciated! Certain elements of French can be tricky - such as phrases that are quite different in French than they are in English (e.g. ça va) or phrases that involve more advanced conjugations (e.g. je voudrais) - so may be explained more than once to help refresh people's memories.

All the best with your continued language learning, and please don't hesitate to contact the Customer Support team if there is anything we can help you with.
