I been having trouble with French lesson 3.3 Going into Town. I will start the lesson fine, but when I reach Hear it! Say it!, Know it!, and Play it! the site keeps saying "sorry didn't get that". I know it is not me because I get 100% on all the sentences. I was able to get Hear it! Say it! done before it started to go weird on me. This also happened yesterday.

I think this is an issue with the voice recognition software. I just put up with it and go on to the next one. I can get 100% one time and then repeat it and get the famous "sorry didn't quite get that". I have tried using two different microphones with the same results. If I know I'm pronouncing it right and can play it back to confirm, then I can live with that.

It is not just that lesson. I also had trouble with my vocab, and I use the vocab to see if I am pronouncing the words right.

Let me know if you are still having problems with the voice recording? Usually, it is a problem with the microphone but sometimes we also do have glitches, so let me know if it is still happening irrespective of the microphone and I will pass it on to our technical department.

It is still happening. It only does this if I have been on the French course for 10-20 minutes.

I am trying to work around this but it is getting very annoying. Everyday it does this, and the only way I can get it to work again is if I log out then log back in again.
