How completly should a section be complete before moving onto to the next module

I am finding I am motivation issues because I can't get prounication right on all the vocab.     Also i find that i learn phrases as presented but still struggling to use them in other contexts.   Does anybody have any tips.     Thanks Bryn

I found it useful to have several learning resources going in parallel, so when I felt stuck in one method, I would use another. I think it would also help with the issue of applying what you've learned to other contexts. For example, you could use the resources on TV5 Monde's Apprendre le Français. They break down the exercises to A1 (beginner) up to B2 level, and they have vocabulary, oral comprehension and reading comprehension exercises. Variety is the key, I think. :)
