Hello,
I was just reporting a few errors I noticed in lesson 4.8. and I started to read the Culture Lesson at the bottom.
They have a picture there of a sandwich and it says "un jambon-fromage"
That is clearly not "jambon", but rather "saucisson".
That is a "French Saucisson Sec, Fromage, et Beurre Crusty Baguette Sandwich"

Another point is regarding "le goûter". I don't know of any adults where I work near Paris that take advantage of four o'clock to have a snack. Perhaps it's just the children?
And one last thing. What does "The French are proudly traditional, and pride themselves on ..." mean, exactly?
A+
