Level 1 - Module 1 Test

Greetings,
  Three of the four sections showed an 80% - I made sure each and every pronunciation garnered a 100% - any particular reason the Hear it/Say it and Know it sections would not score 100%?  I missed on some accents on the spelling, and a missing "s" here and there, that could explain the Write it section?

Thank you for your message and feedback. Unfortunately it is not possible to check specifically in which words or phrases there was a mistake or not. The system will grade the overall test according to the most-rated option (Easy, Good, So-so, Poor or Hard). If you think something is wrong with the rating and the overall Module Test, please send us an email to support@rocketlanguages.com and we can try to review the account specifically.

Thank you for the reply - can I assume rating it "Easy" when an individual answer is given a 100% is the avenue I should take?
