Hi the phrase finder doesnt seem to work now using Firefox
Also in My vocab when I click on Souhaitez- vous no sound dialogue but words above and below work ok.

Hi David - Try logging out and logging back in and hard refreshing (ctrl + F5). There may be a caching issue with your browser. It works fine in Firefox for me.

The vocab pop-up window no longer works for me. Can't save or close. Also, my dashboard isn't being updated with lessons that I've completed. This all started October 1 (since the new version was released?). I'm running Safari, but had the same problem with Firefox. Logging out and in didn't help.

Hi Pam - I would recommend hard refreshing several times (ctrl + F5). If that doesn't work then it's best to email customer support with your system details so they can take a more in-depth look.

Hi all - There was a bug with My Vocab which meant that it did not save words/phrases to the My Vocab page. This has now been rectified!

I'm sorry - it's still not working for me. When I click 'save' in the pop-up window, it displays a second 'save' button. Then neither 'save' button or the 'close' button work.

Hi Pam - The best bet is to email support with details about your device. There may be issues with specific devices. Also, have you tried a hard refresh (ctrl + F5)? Certainly if you are using a desktop PC that should work.

Hi Pam, have you tried any other browsers besides Safari and Firefox? Like Chrome? It seems to very very well for me with Chrome.
