I fail to understand why there is live customer support available. I tried it on Sunday but no luck. Since your product is been used internationally your support should be 24/7 because of time difference in other countries.

Hi Jyoti - Live support is available Tuesday to Saturday 1pm to 9pm PST. Unfortunately, at this stage, it's not on our plans to extend those hours. We can of course be reached via email at any time using the contact form.
