Just tried "Play It" today for first time. Is it the case, then, that one must test on all 8 buttons in order to gain 100 points and complete the test?

Hi JanG,
Yes, it is necessary that you complete all characters and all 4 levels for the test to be completed; and I think you get 25 points per level actually.
