It might be helpful in the write-it exercises to have the little tags that say masculine/feminine and plural or singular show up when you're listening so you know what to write. With no context, a lot of this stuff sounds the exact same singular as plural.
The tags show after you've flipped the card, but it's too late at that point.
For example:
il mange maintenant ? sounds the same as ils mangent maintenant ?
arrivent-ils maintenant ? sounds just like arrive-t-il maintenant ?
