Test counters have stopped working

To perhaps help the IT folks pinpoint the counting problem I asked yesterday, here is a bit more information.  It is the green box in the upper right hand corner of the write it, know it, flash cards sections (maybe the say it, too) that is not updating after the first word is rated.  It appears that to point totals  for the day are updating.
