Where do I find badge info?

Where do I find by "badge" level and what do they mean? I found an answer in the forum , but it did not make sense. where is the "counter" and the numbers under it I'm supposed to hit?

You can locate your badge in your Profile or under 'My Progress', you can located in 'My tools' at the left-hand side menu on your Dashboard.
